Happy Monday! Just a few quick updates and reminders:
The June GP Band Booster board meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, June 11 at 7:00 PM.
- All parents and supporters of the GP Band program are welcome to attend.
- Do you have any agenda items to add? Please unicast them back to me.
- During this meeting we’ll have nominations and voting for two new board members taking the role as co-secretaries!
- We’ll be joined by VV Director Nathan Sackman for an interesting proposal
IF YOU ARE ABLE TO ARRIVE AT 6:00 PM, please join Sarah McKinney and a band of uniform organizers as we prepare for Band Camp uniform fittings. This is a pretty big task but as they say: many hands make for light work.
Attached please find a preliminary agenda along with a pre-read of minutes from the May board meeting. To save time during our meeting we can simply recommend amendments to the minutes and/or approve as shared.
