2 chaperones needed for Tuesday 03/19

Hello Concert & Symphonic Band & Wind Ensemble Families!

Festival Season continues this Tuesday, March 19th with the MPMEA Band Festival at Arlington High School. This event involves (3) academic bands and over 100 students. Thank you parents who have volunteered to chaperone and transport instruments. (2) more parent volunteers are needed to chaperone. Thank you for supporting your band students and the GP Band Program.

Tuesday, March 19th   
Concert & Symphonic Bands, Wind Ensemble 
MPMEA Band Festival—Students, Chaperones, and Instrument Transportation Volunteers should arrive at GPHS at 7:15am to load instruments and busses and be ready to depart for Arlington High School at 7:30am. For complete details and itinerary, please refer to the email from Mr. Morris. Volunteer needs: Bus Chaperones (6) will help coordinate loading and unloading of busses, help students get where they need to be in a timely manner, and help supervise lunch.
