Important Upcoming Dates:

Tuesday, Jan 10th
GP Band Booster Board Meeting @7pm Band Room – ALL are Welcome!

Wednesday, Jan 11th 
Boys BBall vs Jackson – Grizzly Pep Band*
Students should arrive at 6:30pm. Tip-off is at 7:15pm.
Attendance will be taken in the hallway outside the Band Room.

*Grizzly Pep Band Uniform: Grizzly Band shirt or hoodie.
 

Saturday, Jan 14th 
Final payment for Disney trip is due Saturday, Jan 14, 2023. (no exceptions)
For balance and payment information, please contact the GPHS bookkeeper, Tammy Schmidt directly by calling the school or emailing Tammy directly at tammy.schmidt@sno.wednet.edu. This is a school sponsored event with payments going directly to the school through the online payment portal OR via check made payable to “GPHS”. The band boosters are not processing payments and do not have access to this information. Travel insurance is paid for separately at https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/.

Wednesday, Jan 18th 
Grizzly Pep Band* will play at to games.
Girls BBall vs Kamiak – Tip-off is at 5:15pm.
Boys BBall vs Jackson – Tip-off is at 7:15pm.
Students should arrive at 4:30.
Attendance will be taken in the hallway outside the Band Room.

VOLUNTEERS needed (parents and students not playing in Grizzly Pep Band) to run the concession stand during both games. Please email the boosters at gphsbandboosters@gmail.com ASAP. In addition, we will need 1-2 parent volunteers who have a food handler’s permit and/or are available to head up this volunteer/fundraising opportunity. If we don’t have enough volunteers by end of school on Wednesday, Jan. 14 we will need to give up this easy fundraising opportunity.

Fly Me to the Moon Swing Dance – GPHS Jazz Bands & VVMS Jazz Bands
VOLUNTEERS needed for Swing Dance Organizing & Planning Committee
Fly Me to the Moon Swing Dance is a community fundraising event that includes GPHS Jazz bands, VVMS jazz bands, and an hour of professional swing dance lessons to start the evening. This event takes place Saturday, January 21st in the GP Commons. If you are interested in volunteering and/or learning more about this event, please email the boosters at gphsbandboosters@gmail.com
