Please disregard this message if you aren’t attending Silverwood next week. This is a reminder that our trip to Silverwood is next weekend, May 15-17. Please see the attached itinerary.
Bus sign-ups
We are taking 3 busses. Please sign-up for one of these busses on the board outside the band room. Choose carefully; you will ride this bus for the duration of the trip. Sign-ups DUE MONDAY.

Packing List
- Concert Black:
- Black button-up shirt, or polo
- Black pants, belt, socks & shoes
- 2 changes of clothes
- Toiletries
- Money (or groceries) for 3 meals – dinner on Friday and lunches on Saturday and Sunday.
- Space *is limited*. Please pack efficiently.
Luggage Storage
Bring your luggage with you to school on Friday and store it in the make-up room during the school day. Leave your school backpack in the band room when we leave on Friday. DO NOT bring your school backpack with you; you will not need it.
Chaperones
Meet at Glacier Peak on Friday at Noon to help load busses. Please plan to ride the bus with students. You will be responsible for the list of students that should be on that bus. Your fees are paid by the trip. There will be 2 chaperones per room. We will divide up the supervisory duties based on hotel room assignments. Please see itinerary for general times and locations.
