Press Release: 15th Annual “Fly Me to the Moon” Swing Dance at Glacier Peak High School

SNOHOMISH – The award-winning jazz bands of Glacier Peak High School and Valley View Middle School present their 15th annual swing dance fundraiser on Saturday, January 18, 2025. The event runs from 6-10 p.m. in the Glacier Peak High School Commons, located at 7401 144th Pl SE in Snohomish.

The evening begins with complimentary swing dance lessons from 6-7 p.m., followed by live jazz and big band music performances starting at 7 p.m. Visitors can enjoy dancing, listening to the music, and refreshments including Italian sodas and other concessions.

This family-friendly community event offers one of the rare opportunities in the area for all ages to experience live big band music in a dance setting. Tickets are available at grizzlyband.org or at the door: $12 for general admission, $7 for students, seniors (60+), and military members, with a special family rate of $25.
