Cost & Payment Plan
- Approximately $1605/student
- Approximately $895/chaperone
There are several factors that might impact the total trip cost. Our travel agent is still working to decrease the airfare costs. The final cost will be determined prior to the final payment due date in February.
This cost includes everything listed in the above summary. Each student will be responsible for lunch, dinner for each day except Monday, and any snacks. It is recommended to budget about $15-20 per meal while at Disneyland.

All payments will be made to the GPHS bookkeeper and will be available in their system on Thursday, October 25th.

Additional Information
- Fundraising: The GP Band Boosters are running a holiday fundraiser offering high quality wreaths, swag, poinsettias, and other holiday decorations. The boosters make 50% of the sales, which will be earmarked 75% for the student and 25% for the boosters general fund.
- Eligibility: Students must be enrolled in a GP Band Class AND have purchased a 2024-25 ASB Card
- Required paperwork for students: Will be available Thursday, October 25th and will need to be turned in with your deposit on or before November 1st. You can find the paperwork to print and turn-in here.

- All chaperones must comple the SSD required volunteer paperwork. To volunteer in our district, you must complete the online form at Safe Visitors Solutions. This process must be completed every two years.
- Trip deviation requests due in writing by November 1st
- Due to group-travel contract restrictions, deviation requests are limited and will be considered first-come-first-served.

- Travel Insurance is recommended and can be obtained from a number of Travel Insurance companies.
