Hi again Grizzly Family!
Day 4 of Grizzly Band Camp was a blast! The band ran through the entire show, and it’s coming together amazingly. When the temperature climbed, we wisely moved indoors, focusing on mastering the music—only after a refreshing ice cream treat to cool down!
A quick reminder that Grizzly Band Shirts will be distributed tomorrow…Â If you opted out of getting a new Grizzly Band shirt because you already had one, please make sure to bring it tomorrow. This shirt WILL be worn as our preview show uniform.
We’re excited to announce that the ice cream social has been upgraded to a full-on BBQ, hosted by the Boosters! On the menu: smash-burgers, hot dogs, chips, and of course, ice cream. The food is served off after the 2 PM preview show, which everyone is invited to attend. Don’t miss it!
Also, a friendly heads-up that tomorrow is picture day. Group and sectional photos are provided by the Boosters, courtesy of Jason Kim Photography. If you’d like to have individual photos taken, you can pre-pay or bring a check/cash for $30.
A huge thank you to the many parents who have volunteered and donated all week long! Your support is invaluable. And thanks to those who joined us for the board meeting today at 3 PM.
Looking ahead, starting next week, the Grizzly Band will have rehearsals on Thursdays from 7-9 PM. Mark your calendars for the all-parent meeting on September 10th at 7 PM—it’s an important one!
