Need Supplies?

If your student needs a lyre, flip book & windows, or something to get started with band camp, on Monday, our friends from Kennelly Keys will have a selection of items. They can take cash or card.

Uniforms fittings

You’ll be fitted for uniforms sometime during the first few days of camp. Please wear shorts and a t-shirt for this. The uniforms can be easily fitted over these clothes and the process will move much more quickly if students can try on over their clothes.

If your student is registered for a band class for school they will also have the option to be fitted for a required concert uniform dress (one of 2 options). More information about concert uniforms can be found on grizzlyband.org

Friday Picture Day

Jason Kim Photography will take group, sectional, and individual photos. Group and sectional photos will be made available online at no cost. Individual photos are $30. If you signed up for individuals you should have an email from Jason Kim for prepayment. He should be able to accommodate a few more who did not sign up.

If you requested an individual band photo during Grizzly Band registration, you should have received an  email from our photographer, Jason Kim, instructions on how to pre-pay for your individual band photo. In order to make a smooth transition from group, to section, to over 70 individual photos AND make the best use of Jason’s time on Friday, pre-payment is strongly encouraged and appreciated. The cost for individual photos is $30. In addition, please make sure your student knows you have requested and paid for an individual band photo.

3 ways to pre-pay for individual band photo:

Earning a varsity letter in band

Participation in Grizzly Band is the way to earn a varsity letter in band! Each day you attend camp you earn points. A letter is awarded for students who earn at least 150 points.

We need YOUR help! – Volunteer for band camp

A BIG thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer and/or bring frozen treats next week during Grizzly Band Camp. We can’t do this without you. We still need more volunteers to help (and it’s a LOT of fun, too!). Sign up at grizzlyband.org/volunteer
