My name is Jason J Kim, a former GP Band parent. I have been involved with GP Band since 2012 when my first child became a member of GP Band. 

Thank you for considering my photo service for your student on GP Band photo day. 

My passion in photography is to capture the precious moments of one’s life in photos to cherish forever.

GP Band Picture Day: 

 

Shoot Date: August 9, 2024 Friday, will start at 8:00 AM or specified by Mr. Morris 

 

$30 sitting fee will include one photo package 

One photo package: 

One photo in 

1.   Large sized file for keepsake 

2.   Large sized file for Printing, optimized for printing – slightly brighter with a little more contrast 

3.   Small sized file – Facebook or any social media 

Starting this year, only one pose with the student’s instrument will be taken unless specified by the student to take without the instrument to shorten the wait time.  If two poses are wanted, please let me know ahead of time and a $60 deposit is required. Aditional digital photos with a different look can be purchased at $30 per photo. 

 

For individual photos, it will take about 2 minutes per student or until needed to make sure I am happy with a few final images that I can present to you and students later by online proofing process so you can pick your favorite 1 photo out of about 5-10 photos I usually take. I will do my best to bring out their likeness or personalities I always thrive to do in photos.

 

If you prefer to pay ahead of time, please use one of payment options below: 

1. Zelle (if you have a Zelle account – my Zelle is associated with my email address, jasonjkimstudio@gmail.com)

2. Venmo (if you have a Venmo account – my venmo ID is JasonJKimPhoto)

Otherwise, please send a personal check payable to Jason J Kim or cash with your student and tell your student to grab a number ticket from me in the morning of the picture day as I plan to serve by the number. I will only photograph students who are either pre-paid or bring payments to the session and I will not be billing.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1.     On-Location photo session. A detailed list of shots to be taken during session will be provided by Client or as directed at the photo session 

2.     Proof Images will be supplied within 1 week after photography session via Web and large sized, edited digital images will be available within 1 week after online selection or sooner if possible. 

3.     Jason J Kim Photography maintains copyright of all images captured during photography sessions and is allowed to display photos for business on websites, blogs, and other platforms.

4.     A sitting fee of $30, which is non-refundable but transferable if paid ahead of time or can be paid in full upon delivery of photo service by cash or check (payable to Jason J Kim). If you marked “YES” on the registration form but somehow changed your mind or students didn’t show up for the individual photo session, you will not be charged.
