NEW this week…
Grizzly Pep Band will play at 10 home Girls & Boys Varsity Basketball Games starting Wednesday, November 29th. In order to Letter in Band, Grizzly Band Students are required to play at FIVE (5) Basketball Games and accumulate 150 points. Watch for a separate email about Letter Points this week.
Student Band Hoodies have been ordered. More information on delivery coming soon. If the hoodie you ordered is a surprise gift, please email the boosters at gphsbandboosters@gmail.com so that we can make special arrangements with you directly.

Wednesday, November 29th 4:45-9pm
Grizzly Pep Band
GBB & BBB—On Wednesday, November 29th, students should arrive to the Band Room by 4:45pm, drop off instrument, check in for attendance, and head over to the Commons for a pre-game pizza dinner provided by the Band Boosters. Grizzly Pep Band will play at TWO (2) games: Girls Varsity Basketball Game @5:40pm AND Boys Varsity Basketball Game @7:15pm. Required uniform is Grizzly Band T-shirt.
Help raise funds for the GP Band Program!
Volunteer needs: Concession Stand Workers (3-4 adults/students) needed to run the basketball concession stand from 3:45-8:45pm. Band students not playing in the Grizzly Pep Band are encouraged to volunteer. We are required to have at least one adult volunteer working the stand at all times and at least one adult must have a food handler permit. Please visit grizzlyband.org/volunteer to sign-up.

Students should arrive @6:30pm in required Concert attire and be ready to begin at 7pm.

Band Booster Board Meeting
Jazz Band parent VOLUNTEERS needed for Swing Dance Organizing & Planning Committee
The Swing Dance is an annual GP Band Booster fundraising event that is open to the public and features live music from GPHS Jazz Bands I & II, the VVMS Jazz Band, and an hour of professional swing dance lessons to start the evening. This year's event takes place Saturday, January 20th in the GP Commons. Jazz Band parent volunteers are needed to help fine tune the details for this year's event and begin promoting the event to the public.
