Hello Grizzly Band Families!

It’s been a great week? The last day of Band Camp is tomorrow! Thank you for your help getting kids up and to camp on time. They are all amazing and having fun.

A BIG thank you to everyone who volunteered and/or brought frozen treats this week. You are all amazing and we appreciate all your help getting 95 kids fitted for uniforms in record time AND cleaning and organizing the uniform closet.

Important details LAST DAY – Friday, August 11^th
8:00am >> Picture Day
(Students should arrive no later than 7:45 to change into Grizzly Band uniform for pictures. If you requested an individual band photo, please see message from photographer below to pre-pay.)

2:00pm >> Preview Show & Ice Cream Social for friends and families

INDIVIDUAL Band Photos:
If you requested an individual band photo during Grizzly Band registration, you should have received an  email from our photographer, Jason Kim, instructions on how to pre-pay for your individual band photo. In order to make a smooth transition from group, to section, to over 70 individual photos AND make the best use of Jason’s time on Friday, pre-payment is strongly encouraged and appreciated. The cost for individual photos is $30. In addition, please make sure your student knows you have requested and paid for an individual band photo.

WHAT”S NEXT:
Grizzly Band rehearsals begin next week on Thursday, August 17^th @7pm. Students should arrive to the practice field by 6:45 and be ready to begin rehearsal at 7. Attendance will be taken at the field. There are additional rehearsals scheduled on Thursdays @7pm each week. The first football game is Friday, September 1^st. More details about that coming soon.
